TROPICAL SMOOTHIE & POPSICLES

WE ARE NOT SKIPPING SUMMER, MY FRIENDS...SUMMER IS HERE and so it is time to whip out the exotic seasonal fruits that are appearing in the grocery stores and use them to create yummy smoothies and popsicles, or as we say in London town ICE LOLLIES ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚.

Love me a tropical vibe...This is a wonderful mix of pineapple, mangoes, and coconut cream...It could be a super-indulgent smoothie or a lovely little mid-afternoon treat in popsicle form.
