TROPICAL SMOOTHIE & POPSICLES

WE ARE NOT SKIPPING SUMMER, MY FRIENDS...SUMMER IS HERE and so it is time to whip out the exotic seasonal fruits that are appearing in the grocery stores and use them to create yummy smoothies and popsicles, or as we say in London town ICE LOLLIES 😂😂.


Love me a tropical vibe...This is a wonderful mix of pineapple, mangoes, and coconut cream...It could be a super-indulgent smoothie or a lovely little mid-afternoon treat in popsicle form.

🍽 S E R V I N G S

6 popsicles, 3 smoothies


T I M E

prep time: 10 mins

set time: at least 3 hours ( for popsicles)


🥗 I N G R E D I E N T S

1 cup frozen or fresh mango chunks

2 cup frozen or fresh pineapple chunks

1 cup coconut cream

¼ cup ice (if using fresh fruit)

1 tbsp sweetener of choice ( optional but not necessary)

🌿 T H E M A G I C

1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender, blend till smooth

2. Pour into a glass and enjoy it as a smoothie or pour into popsicle molds and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours or overnight.
