STREUSEL TOPPED JUICY BAKED PEACHYS

I ALWAYS GET TOLD THE TITLES FOR THE RECIPES ARE TOO LONG..well if i had it my way THIS ONE WOULD ACTUALLY SAY...

Crispy buttery streusel-topped juicy sweet caramelized baked peachy's with cheeky chunks of chocolate...I could go on but ill spare you the drool.

But on a serious note, I randomly came up with this last weekend, I really love having fruity deserts during summer and this random concoction was an absolute and utter success 👍🏽😊

🥗 I N G R E D I E N T S

3 juicy JUICY peaches cut in half and seed extracted

1/4 cup almond flour

1/4 cup oat flour

1 tbsp rolled oats

1/4 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup melted vegan butter or coconut oil

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

handfulla chocolate chunks

🌿 T H E M A G I C

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Add all the topping ingredients in a bowl, mixy mixy ( i added chocolate chunks at the end ontop, i didnt want all of them to be chocolatey..absurd i know)

  3. Place peachys into a cast iron pan or a baking tray and generously place a scoop of the topping onto each of the peachy halves, be fair and equal in your scoops across all peachys, no favoritism here please.

  4. Throw on as many choco chunks as you please..i aint judging ok..U DO U

  5. Place in the oven for about 20-30 minutes till the peach is soft and fork tender ( the fancy name for it) and the topping is browned.

  6. Serve with my coconut cashew cream or any vegan single cream, sometimes if i have neither of them i melt some vanilla ice cream, add a little milk and its single cream consistency 👍🏽

Infuse with soooo much love, say a prayer of gratitude, serve with joy and eat with a big huge smile ❤️
