THIS has definitely been one of my favorite additions to my day since studying Ayurveda. Starting your mind, body, and soul off in in the right way every day is so important. This is definitely a perfect way to get your body ready for what's coming it's way. 😂

In Ayurveda, our digestion is compared to fire. When we sleep our digestive fire also rests and when we wake up in the morning we have to rekindle the fire slowly with nourishing, but light and easy to digest foods. This prepares our body to digest heavier foods throughout the day. TBH once you try these juicy, sweet super delicious apples, I'm pretty sure you'll be OBSESSED!

🍽 S E R V I N G S

2 servings

🥗 I N G R E D I E N T S

3 small or 2 medium organic apple

¾ cup water

1 cinnamon stick or 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

3 cloves

🌿 T H E M A G I C

1. Peel & dice apples into small pieces.

2. Add all the ingredients in a covered pot, cook at low to medium

3. Heat for about ten minutes until soft and little water is left at the bottom. Cool slightly before serving.
