Moroccan Spiced roasted Cauliflower
I LOVE SPICES...which i'm sure is brand new information to you 🤣..but oh my goodness spices tell stories..stories of culture, stories of the world all through flavor. Different spices are prominent in different cuisines and i find that so beautiful..Moroccan flavors are a close second for me from Indian food..I love the mix of sweet and savory spices..and this dish depicts it perfectly :).

I n g r e d i e n t s
4 cup Cauliflower floretts
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp zaatar
1/2 tsp sumac
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp hing
1/2 tbsp coriander cumin powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
Garnish
A Drizzle of date syrup
Handful of Micro cilantro
Sprinkle of Roasted pistachios
T H E M A G I C
Preheat oven to 400F
Wash and chop up your cauliflower into little florets and place in a bowl
Add all remaining ingredients into a bowl or bottle and mix
Pour onto cauliflower and mix
Lay cauliflower on baking tray lined with parchment paper
Bake for 20-25 minutes until soft and golden brown
Make your tahini sauce while you wait
pour tahini sauce on serving plate and spread
Once cooked, load up the cauliflower
Add garnish of choice
