These butternut bites are crispy on the outside and caramelized on the inside. and the nice part about these is the crispy outside is filled with nuts seeds and alla that good stuff!

Cook time: 15-20 minutes

Serves - 4-5 people

🥗 I N G R E D I E N T S


3 tbsp oil

2 tsp liquid aminos

1/4 cup chickpea flour

1/4 cup almond milk

1 tsp corn starch

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp smoked paprika

The crunch

1/2 cup almonds

1/4 cup hemp hearts

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup walnuts

1/2 tsp himalayan salt

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

1/8 cup pistachios

🌿 T H E M A G I C

  1. Preheat oven to 375F

  2. Peel and chop butternut into slices then cut those slices into halves

  3. Add all crunch ingredients into a food processor and pulse, you don't want the mix to become powder, keep it a lil chunky

  4. Add all coating ingredients to a bowl and whisk, get rid of the lumps!

  5. Dip the butternuts into the the coating and then into the bowl of the crunchyness

  6. Place the bites onto a baking tray with parchment paper

  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes till golden brown and you can pierce with a knife easily

  8. Take out of the oven and let it cool a little before you dip into your favorite sauce!
