CORN SALSA |GF|NF|

When you tell yourself canned sweetcorn will be the same as fresh YOU'RE LIVING A LIE OK. A LIE! However if you gotta use it, then use it and its better to use it than not experience this burst of fresh flavor. But lemme tell you, once you grill your own fresh corn at home, take a bite of that, and experience the sweet juicy flavor burst out of the little kernels as you chew...you ain't going back to that canned life. THAS ALL IM SAYIN!!!!


This recipe can be used as a salad, as a burger topping as a side, as a snack as a scrub ( ok not the scrub, but everything else for sure 😂).


🍽 S E R V I N G S

2 Cups


🥗 I N G R E D I E N T S

1 corn cob

½ cup chopped tomatoes

10 chopped jar jalapeños (add more if you want a spicier taste)

¼ chopped cilantro

1 tbsp lime

¼ tsp salt

½ cup of avocado

🌿 T H E M A G I C

1. Grill some fresh corn in the oven or char over the stove top ( I usually put a rack over my stove and turn it over the flames till its browned)

2. Mix all the ingredients into a bowl and feel free to adjust according to your preference.
