Imma be real with you and say I do not in any way believe vegan mayo is healthy in any way shape or form...It's usually made with a whole lot of oil..but LES BE REAL, sometimes you just need a lil mayo in your burger. I am a strong believer in a little of something not great for you is fine once in a while, as long as it doesn't become part of your daily diet! Ok phew glad I got that out 😂....
