LOOK WE ALL ABOUT THEM CHUTNEYS! I have some sort of chutney in my fridge at all times..what is life without chutneys though!? SADNESS THATS WHAT ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚..This is one of my favorite I use with a lot of my Indian dishes but my friends have come over and grabbed it from the fridge for their salad dressing too! It's got fresh vibrant ingredients and you gonna lurve it!

๐Ÿฝ S E R V I N G S

1 cup

๐Ÿฅ— I N G R E D I E N T S

2 cups loosely chopped coriander (include stems for flavor)

โ…“ cup loosely chopped mint (optional)

โ…“ cup cashews

5 curry leaves (optional)

1/2 tsp fresh green chilli

1/2 tsp grated ginger

4 tbsp lemon juice

ยฝ tsp salt ยฝ tsp jaggery ( or brown sugar)

ยผ cup water

1. Roughly chop your coriander and mint

2. Add all the ingredients into a mixer and mix until smooth

3. Store in an airtight jar for up to 3 days
