This cream is a little thicker than the cashew cream. I like this if I want to make a scoop of cream for a dish rather than a feels a little fluffier because of the coconut cream!

🍽 S E R V I N G S

1 cup

🥗 I N G R E D I E N T S

½ cup coconut cream ½ cup soaked cashews (overnight or at least 1 hour in boiling water) ⅛ cup maple syrup ¼ tsp vanilla extract or powder

🌿 T H E M A G I C

1. Drain and rinse the cashews and add them into a high speed blender along with the rest of the ingredients, blend until smooth.

2. Pour into a glass jar and store in the fridge. It will thicken up as it cools down
