CHARRED SHISHITO PEPPERS

Firstly, I cannot believe I only found out about these little chilli peppers recently. They have very very mild spice but have such a unique flavor, especially paired with the sesame oil. Its so simple but really changes up a meal as a lil addition on the side!
🍽 S E R V I N G S
🥗 I N G R E D I E N T S
½ tbsp sesame oil
10 shisito peppers
Sprinkle salt crystals
🌿 T H E M A G I C
1. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add the shishito peppers.
2. You will hear the peppers crackle and blister. Flip the peppers so it cooks on all sides.
3. Remove the peppers from the pan, cool, and sprinkle salt crystals.
