Character skins have largely taken a backseat all through Genshin Impact's development since the game released in September 2020. The breakout hit RPG didn't see its first skins for some of Genshin Impact's growing program of notorious characters until the 1.6 update added summer-themed outfits for Barbara and Jean.
Outfits have been one of the main points in the game's community in the past a little while. Between Version 2.4 adding skins for Ningguang and Keqing and late leaks hinting at skins for Mondstadt characters Fischl and Diluc, the player base experienced many rumors and hypotheses on different skins that could arrive in the upcoming Genshin Impact updates.

The second part of the current Genshin Impact update 2.4 has officially added alternate outfits for four popular characters: Jean, Mona, Rosaria, and Amber. A new post on the popular Genshin Impact subreddit has revealed that the skins have provided a significant damage buff before miHoYo chose to carry out a fast hotfix. Players were in any event, asking for the post to be eliminated from the subreddit before it caught miHoYo's attention.
A 48% damage buff largely impacts the damage result, and players usually get exceptionally creative with such bugs in any event, when they don't' stay for long. Unfortunately, according to various answers in the remark segment, the buff didn't apply in the Spiral Abyss which kept players from fulfilling their 36-star challenge. While the vast majority of the new outfits are just minor alterations to the original plans, the Cryo polearm client Rosaria will see a few significant changes. Past leaks have also recommended Mondstadt characters would be the close to get skins following the release of Keqing and Ningguang's formal attire.
Up to this point 2022 has been a great year for Genshin Impact as it introduced two new characters to the game, Yun Jin and Shenhe. The update also features three banner re-runs for some fan-favorite characters. Xiao was placed alongside Shenhe in the primary banner cycle while Ganyu and Zhongli have already arrived as part of the subsequent banner cycle that includes another Genshin Impact twofold banner re-run. In addition that, the official Genshin Impact social media accounts have affirmed a new character that will arrive in update 2.5, the hotly anticipated Electro catalyst client Yae Miko. She will apparently arrive alongside Kokomi and the popular Raiden Shogun.
